What began with one part-time employee is now a crew of several dedicated and experienced professionals. There were some anxious days and sleepless nights early on, but the encouragement of family, friends, colleagues, and of course, clients, bolstered my resolve. A mulligan or two along the way would have been nice, but looking back, it was the best business decision I ever made.
